Due to safety concerns with returning bath and beauty products, we do not accept returns and all products are non-refundable.

Cancellations: To cancel your order, please notify us by email at thebodyshack@protonmail.com within 2 hours of purchase.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at thebodyshack@protonmail.com, as soon as possible and within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product‪. The time to file a claim with the shipping company is only 5 business days after you receive your shipment. Once the claim is approved we will be able to replace it.
